Terms of Service

TCG Verdict analyzes photos of trading cards and gives an advisory opinion on whether a card appears authentic, suspicious, or fake, together with a confidence level and a criterion-by-criterion breakdown. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The analysis is based solely on the photos you provide and is produced with the help of AI. It is not a guarantee of authenticity, not a professional grading or authentication service (such as PSA or CGC), and not a substitute for a physical inspection. Photo quality, lighting, and the limits of AI analysis mean results can be wrong in either direction. Do not rely on the analysis as the sole basis for buying, selling, or valuing a card. You are responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions.

Your first scan is free. Additional scans require purchasing a credit pack. Credits are tied to the email address you provide at checkout, are for your personal use, do not expire, and are not transferable. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused credits: contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the unused portion of your pack. Credits already spent on scans are considered services performed and are non-refundable.

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk submission, no attempts to circumvent the free-scan limit or rate limits, and no uploading of content that is unlawful or that you have no right to submit. We may refuse service or revoke access in cases of abuse.

The shareable result image is generated in your browser and belongs to you; you are free to post it. You are responsible for what you publish and where.

TCG Verdict is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the cards being checked. Reference card images shown for comparison come from public card databases.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
